The honest meter
What counts as a monitored page?
One unique public storefront URL evaluated in a monitoring cycle. Every collection URL and every product page URL counts separately. Verification re-checks and responsive profiles don't create new billable pages.
Example: 80 collections + 900 products = 980 monitored pages before you add home, content, and campaign pages. You'll see usage warnings as you approach your allowance — add page packs or change plans in-product, never a surprise overage.

Questions, answered straight
Pricing and product FAQ.
How much gets fixed automatically?
Our product target across supported fix categories is that about 80% of eligible issues may be prepared for review in supported themes. That's approximate potential coverage — not a guaranteed result for any store. It varies with your theme, apps, custom code, content, and monitored scope, and it excludes work that needs design judgment, manual testing, third-party changes, or Shopify-controlled surfaces.
Anything we prepare, you see as an exact diff before it ships. Anything we can't prepare gets an owner and a next step instead of silence.
Will you change my live theme?
Not uncontrolled, ever. Fixes are written into an unpublished copy of your theme. Release happens within approval rules your team configures, and rollback stays available. Design and brand decisions are never automated at all.
Does ADA Monitor make my store ADA compliant?
No tool can truthfully promise that — automated testing cannot determine complete WCAG conformance, and conformance isn't the same as legal compliance anyway. What ADA Monitor gives you is a continuously maintained, documented program: issues found, fixes verified, decisions recorded. That's the substance regulators and courts look at when they ask what a business is actually doing.
What about issues in third-party apps, like support chat?
We flag them honestly. Embedded third-party scripts aren't ours (or yours) to safely rewrite, so those findings are labeled with the owner, the impact, and a suggested next step — usually a vendor escalation, which Managed can run for you.
How does the 15-day trial work?
Hit any "Start 15-day trial" button, connect your store through your own Shopify admin, and the first scan runs. You get the full workflow — report, drafted fixes, approvals, verification — for fifteen days. Plan selection and billing run through Shopify; you won't be charged during the trial.
Want to see a report before connecting anything? The free scan needs no install at all.
What if my catalog is bigger than my plan?
You'll see usage warnings as you approach your allowance — no surprise overages. Add monitored-page packs or change plans in-product. Every collection URL and every product page URL counts as one monitored page.
Do you support my theme?
Monitoring works on public Shopify storefronts generally. Automated fix preparation depends on recognizable theme structures, so coverage varies — that's why we say "supported themes" instead of "any theme." The free scan is the fastest way to see what's preparable on yours.
No sales gate for software
Size it against your real store.
Start the trial and the first scan tells you what we'd monitor, what's fixable, and which plan actually fits your catalog.
